eStatements lets you view, print or download your account statements, deposit tickets and check images from your computer. You can even reconcile your statement on your computer. With up to 18 months of account history available, it's easy to find and print copies of older statements and cleared checks.
Please note that when you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email notifying you when a new statement is ready.
If you use Online Banking
If you are an Online Banking user, simply log in as usual and go to the Accounts tab. Click Statements, then Statement Delivery Preferences and indicate which accounts should receive electronic statements. Verify your email, read and accept the agreement, and click Save Changes.
Follow the link (or go to Account>Account Statement) to verify your enrollment. If you do not complete this step, your enrollment will not be complete.
When you receive an email notifying you that a statement is ready, simply login to Online Banking as usual, go to the Account tab and click Account Statement to view your statement.
If you don't use Online Banking
You don't need to be an Online Banking user to enjoy the convenience of eStatements. Simply go to the eStatements enrollment application, accept the agreement, and complete and submit the online eStatements application.
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email notifying you when a new statement is ready. Simply click on the link in the email to be directed to your most recent statement(s).
If, for some reason, you prefer to go back to paper statements, simply call your branch or email us. If you use Online Banking, you can also cancel your subscription by changing your Statement Delivery Preferences from electronic to paper.
Read the eStatements Agreement.
