Multiple ways to order checks
Re-ordering checks has never been easier.
- If you are an Online Banking customer, go to Communications Center under the Customer Service tab and click on Reorder Checks. Complete the form and click Submit. Your order will be processed on the next business day.
- If you don't have Online Banking or want to browse the Deluxe catalog, you can reorder business checks online. You can also reorder personal checks online.
- If you have Business eBanking, go to Contact Us under the Administration tab and send us a message. Or, you can reorder your business checks online.
- Include the check reorder notice when you make a deposit at the branch, night deposit drop or ATM.
- Call your branch and ask a CSR to place the order for you.
Business debit cards are a convenient way to track expenses.
To apply for a debit card for yourself or your employees, simply complete the application and return to your nearest branch or fax to (336) 789-7868.
Please be aware that business debit cards may be linked only to business checking accounts. Debit cards may not be linked to sweep, savings, Money Market Accounts, consumer accounts or lines of credit.
Checking accounts requiring two signatures are not eligible for business debit cards.

Remote Deposit Services
A convenient way to make deposits when you can't get to the bank
Remote Merchant Capture
Designed for business customers who deposit large numbers of checks, Remote Merchant Capture allows customers to use a desktop scanner and their computer to make deposits electronically. Please call (336) 783-3924 for additional information.
Small Business Checking customers who use Online Banking may make check deposits via their cell phones using the Mobile Deposit function in Surrey Bank & Trust's Mobile Banking app. Since Mobile Banking was designed for consumer use, there are restrictions on the number of items and the dollar amount of items that may be deposited in a given day. Transaction Cut-Off Times
For same-day credit, make deposits by these times
When you make an in-branch deposit to your Surrey Bank & Trust account before 5 p.m., your deposit is credited to your account on that business day. Some exceptions may apply.
Deposits made via Remote Deposit Capture or Mobile Deposit must be received by 4 p.m. to be credited to your account on the same business day.
Deposits made in the ATM must be received by 3 p.m. to be credited to your account on the same business day.
