Our COVID 19 Precautions
Our lobbies are now open at the Main Office, Rockford, Pilot Mountain, Stuart, Elkin and North Wilkesboro. The West Pine Branch will continue to be drive-through only.
In accordance with new guidance from the CDC and the State of North Carolina, it is recommended that unvaccinated persons wear a face covering and safely social distance. If you need a face covering, we will provide one.
If you have routine transactions, such as balance inquiries, check deposits or cash withdrawals, we encourage you to take advantage of the many alternatives we make available:
- Drive-through service is available at all locations from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. In addition, drive-through service is available from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Main Office and Stuart.
- Drive-up ATMs are available at all locations.

- Online Banking customers may also download our Mobile Banking app.
