Protecting your privacy is important to us. We want you to understand the types of information we collect and how we use it. We provide a broad range of banking, investment and insurance products. We collect and use information to help us understand your needs and to provide you with financial products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible.
- We do not sell or share customer information with outside marketers.
This Privacy Statement applies only to our individual customers who obtain financial products or services from us primarily for personal, family or household purposes. The examples in this statement are for illustration only and are not a complete description of our information practices. This statement may change from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant change in the manner required by law.
This Privacy Statement serves as a standard for all our employees for collection, use, retention, and security of nonpublic personal information.
We collect certain nonpublic personal information about you in the process of providing you with a financial product or service. "Nonpublic personal information" is information about you that is not available from public sources.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from a variety of sources, including:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms (such as your Social
Security number, annual income, financial assets, etc.)
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates and other parties (such as
your account balance, overdraft history and payment history)

your credit history)

We are permitted under law to share certain types of information about you with companies related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates"), including information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as your account balance and your payment history).
In addition, unless you direct us not to do so, we may share "eligibility" information with our affiliates. We use "eligibility" information to evaluate your eligibility for our products and services. "Eligibility" information may include, for example:

financial assets, etc.)

We will process your request as quickly as we reasonably can.
We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic, personal information about you to "nonaffiliated third parties" in certain circumstances. For example, we are permitted or required to disclose information about you to process your transactions and maintain or service your accounts, to report our experiences to credit bureaus, to protect against fraud or loss, or to respond to a subpeona or court order. We may disclose to such nonaffiliated third parties any information that we collect, as described above. We carefully select the nonaffiliated third parties with which we do business. When we disclose your information to our service providers or under a joint marketing agreement, the company's right to use and redisclose the information we provide is limited by law or contract.
If you decide to close your account(s) with us, we will continue to treat the information we have collected about you in accordance with the privacy practices described in this notice.
