Due to our upcoming Online Banking conversion, customers who access statements via Online Banking will not be able to view statements between 3 p.m. on Monday, September 19, and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21.
You may also be required to re-accept the eStatements Agreement before you can access your statements in the new system. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Customers who have eStatements without Online Banking should not see any interruption in service as a result of the conversion.
With eStatements, you can view, print and/or download your statements, deposit tickets and check images from your computer. You can also reconcile your statement online. eStatements gives you access to up to 18 months of account history, making it easy to find and print copies of older statements and cleared checks.
Please note that when you enroll in eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. You will receive an email notifying you when a new statement is available for viewing.
You do not need to have Online Banking access to enroll in eStatements. Accept the disclosure and then complete the application. Review your information and click Submit. You will receive an email when your application has been processed.
Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email each month when your statement is ready to view. Click the link in the email to go to the secure website and access your statement.
