Quicken® and Quickbook® Help
If you use desktop versions of Quicken® or Quickbooks®, you may sometimes be asked to deactivate and reactivate your bank accounts.
Below are instructions on deactivating and reactivating accounts. Simply click the link that matches your product.
Please remember to update your password vault after changing your Online Banking password. Failure to do so can result in a locked Online Banking account.
24-Hour Online Banking Password Reset
If you forget your Online Banking password, simply click on the “Reset Your Password?” link to change our own password. You may be asked for additional information or asked to complete the Out-of-Band verification process to verify your information before your password can be changed.
You will also receive an email each time your password is changed. If you did not initiate a password change, please contact your branch immediately so that we can lock your Online Banking account.
