Bill Pay

Due to our upcoming Online Banking conversion, we will not be able to accept new Bill Pay applications submitted between 5 p.m. on Friday, September 9, and 9 a.m. on Wednseday, September 21. We will resume processing Bill Pay applications on September 21.

Existing Bill Pay customers may make changes to their payees, payments and accounts until 3 p.m. on Monday, September 19.

Bill Pay service will not be accessible between 3 p.m. Monday, September 19, and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21. Payments scheduled prior to Monday, September 19, for payment during the conversion period will be processed as usual. However, you will not be able to schedule new payments; edit existing payments or check the status of those payments while the system is offline for conversion.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during our conversion.

About Bill Pay

Our optional Bill Pay service makes paying bills easy. You can pay almost anyone without the expense and hassle of writing and mailing paper checks and without leaving our secure Online Banking website.You can also schedule payments for recurring expenses, such as loan payments and insurance premiums, months in advance.

Bill Pay is completely free for customers who have Interest Checking, Granite Banking, or Gold Checking accounts. If you have other types of checking accounts, you can try Bill Pay for 90 days at no cost.

If you decide to continue using Bill Pay after the trial period ends, you pay only $5.50 per month for personal accounts and $6.50 per month for business accounts. You may cancel at anytime by calling your branch or emailing surreybank@surreybank.com
