Online Banking and Online Banking for Small Business


Online Banking is a secure, convenient way to monitor your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, send us secure messages and service requests, and much more.

If you are a personal customer or have a sole proprietorship that does business under your Social Security Number, you may enroll here.

If you own a small business that does business under an EIN, please enroll here. Please return the completed form to your branch office or fax to (336) 719-1544.

When your enrollment has been processed, you will receive an email with information about online security, eStatements, and the Out-of-Band authentication process you must complete at your first login. You will request either a phone call or a text message and enter the security code when prompted.

Tips for Using Online Banking

  • If you are asked to complete the Out of Band Authentication and you do not see your phone number, please make sure you have entered your user ID correctly. If the system does not recognize the User ID you have entered, it will generate random phone numbers.
  • If you are certain that you have entered your User ID correctly and you continue to see numbers that do not belong to you, please call your branch. They can verify your User ID and/or make sure we have your current telephone numbers.
  • If you have been given a temporary password, you will need to change it after you log in. Your password must have a minimum of eight (8) characters with at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Special characters are allowed. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
  • You may reset your own password by clicking the Reset Password link, found directly beneath the password field. You will be asked to complete the Out of Band authentication process and to supply some additional information.
  • Online Banking provides real-time account information and 90 days of transaction history are available. If you need to research transactions more than 90 days old and you do not have eStatements, please contact your branch for assistance.

  • Please be aware that customers who are inactive for 90 days will be locked and must contact us to be reactivated. Customers who are inactive for more than 18 months will be purged from the system without notice.
