Online Banking and Cash Management

Online Banking and Online Banking for Business

New Security Enhancements

  • When you log into the Online Banking system for the first time, please use your existing Online Banking User ID and password. You will be required to change your password after logging in.
  • If you had access to online Banking prior to September 21, it is not necessary to enroll again.
  • If you are a new customer, you will receive a temporary password once your application has been verified.
  • Your new password must have a minimum of eight (8) characters including at least one capital letter, one lower-case letter and one number. You may also use special characters in your password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
  • You will be required to complete the Out-of-Band authentication process at your first login. This process is identical to the one used in the current Online Banking system. You will request either a phone call or a text message and enter the security code when prompted.

?Instructions for completing Advanced Authentication

  • If you do not see your phone number in the list the system displays, please make sure you have entered your user ID correctly. If you continue to see numbers that do not belong to you, please call your branch to verify your User ID and telephone numbers.

  • All Mobile Banking users will need to download a new version of the Surrey Bank & Trust app, available in the App Store for iPhones and iPads and in Google Play for Android devices. If you use the mobile web, you will need to log in again after you have changed your password in Online Banking.

  • If you deactivated your Quicken, Quickbooks, or Quicken Online accounts prior to conversion, please refer to the reactivation instructions for your specific version of the software.

  • If you notice duplicate entries or other issues with your Quicken or Quickbooks accounts, please refer to the Trouble-Shooting Guide,.

  • If you currently subscribe to eStatements, you will be asked to review the terms and conditions again before you can access your electronic statements. You will still have access to 18 months of statements for checking, savings, and line of credit accounts.

  • You should not notice any changes in the Bill Pay system.  Payees, recurring payments, and payment history should not be effected by the conversion.

  • Because the new system provides real-time account information, you will have 90 days of transaction history available. If you need to research a transaction that is more than 90 days old, please contact your branch office for assistance.

  • Please be aware that customers who are inactive for more than 18 months will be purged from the system without notice.

  • If you have questions about the new Online Banking system, please contact your branch, email us using the Secure Message link in the Online Banking system, or call (336) 783-3900.
